How Do I Meet People?
Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.
Men’s Ministry
Men’s ministry is made up of gentlemen from all walks of life who have made it their mission that each and every man they come into contact with would be hungry for, and actively involved in, studying God’s infallible Word. With this in mind, these men reflect back upon their daily walk with Jesus Christ. It is therefore their undertaking to see that every man they encounter would be totally consumed in an open and growing, loving, relationship with God. Both allowing God to work through him as well as changing his life and the lives of those he comes in contact with. Men’s activities include but are not limited to retreats, bible studies, a men’s breakfast, BBQ’s and fishing trips.
Women’s Ministry
Join ladies of all ages in a relaxed and cozy environment where you can build lasting connections with each other while also deepening your own personal relationship with God. With each new study, the ladies enjoy a variety of activities ranging from group discussions, taking part in worship, completing outside readings, organizing game and craft events, having a potluck or even taking part in a girls night out. Women’s ministry is all about women ministering to women as well as helping each other strive to reach their own God given potential in their own lives and the lives of those they come in contact with.
Recovery Ministry
Celebrate Recovery is a 12 step faith based recovery program. This ministry seeks to help you get through all your hurts, hang-ups, and habits. Whether you suffer from drug addiction, alcohol addiction, an eating disorder or any of the various other addictions that many suffer from, our recovery program is for you. Everyday living in recovery can be an amazing experience when you have the Lord to show you the way. This is a non-judgmental program that meets the criteria of court ordered meetings with court cards signed. Youth Ministry
Next Gen Youth Ministries is an active group of guys and gals ranging in age from preteens right on up to young adulthood. With live worship, numerous activities, various outings and a wealth of spiritually led leaders to motivate our youth, its not too surprising that Come Alive student ministries is a favorite place for our youngsters to come together and connect with each other in a spiritual motivating and welcoming environment.
Children’s Ministry
Our children’s ministry is dedicated to teaching children that God is their creator, and how much He loves them. In addition, we teach the life of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We strive to make the classes fun and interactive to insure that the children retain the most valuable lessons they will ever learn.
Prayer Warriors
We have a weekly list of prayers collected from our Sunday connect cards that are then typed up and made available for anyone who wishes to pray for other congregational needs. While the updated weekly list is a good place to start, we encourage you to also consider those suffering, here and in other countries, both with homelessness as well as famine. Moreover, we also ask that you continue to remember those being martyred for their faith in Jesus Christ and their refusal to deny His mighty name. Please keep them in the forefront of your prayers as well.
